SANE Online Peer Support Forums Now Live

SANE Australia’s Online Forums have been integrated into the Lifeline South Coast website and are now live.

The SANE forums are moderated 24/7 by mental health professionals and provide a safe, anonymous online space to discuss mental health concerns. Open to Australians aged 18 years and over, the forums are particularly important in rural and regional areas where access to mental health support can be limited.

While the forums are not designed to replace the role of a healthcare professional,  the technology allows participants to connect with others and engage in conversation through which we can share stories and information that help us find positive pathways through our experience.”
