Lifeline operates a national 24-hour crisis support service on 13 11 14.

We can help you

You can call 13 11 14 and speak to a trained and caring Crisis Supporter about any issue, no matter how big or small. The Crisis Supporter will help you talk about your concerns and assist you to find ways to solve them.

Volunteer Crisis Supporter

Lifeline provides a National Telephone Crisis Support Service on 13 11 14. The service aims to support people in their time of emotional distress or crisis. The Crisis Supporters operating this service are volunteers and work from offices in Wollongong.
